These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by the Travel Agency (“Agency”), including ticketing, tour packages, hotel bookings, visa services, Umrah/Hajj packages, and transportation.
By booking any service, the customer (“Client”) accepts these Terms & Conditions.
Local laws of India, UAE, and Oman will apply based on the branch handling the booking.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices are subject to change based on airline rules, hotel policies, or currency fluctuations.
Full payment or the required advance must be made before ticket issuance or service confirmation.
Payments can be made through bank transfer, cash, UPI (India), or approved payment gateways.
For credit facilities, invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation charges apply as per airline, hotel, transport provider, or package policy.
Service fees charged by the Agency are non-refundable.
Refund processing time may take 7–45 days.
No refunds for no-shows, visa rejections, or partially used services.
4. Travel Documents & Visa
Clients must ensure passport validity of minimum 6 months.
Incorrect information may result in visa rejection or travel restrictions.
Visa approval/rejection is the decision of the issuing authority.
The Agency is not responsible for visa delays or immigration decisions.
5. Responsibilities of the Client
Provide accurate personal details and documents.
Check all details on tickets and itineraries.
Arrive at the airport as per recommended times.
Follow all local and destination regulations.
6. Responsibilities of the Agency
Provide confirmed services as per vouchers.
Inform clients of major changes in policies.
Assist customers in emergencies, but responsibility lies with airlines/hotels.
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Agency is not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, political issues, immigration decisions, or baggage loss.
Compensation follows airline/hotel regulations.
8. Package Tours (Holiday / Umrah / Hajj)
Itineraries may change due to conditions.
Group package rates may vary for customization.
Hajj/Umrah services depend on Saudi authorities.
Medical fitness is the traveler’s responsibility.
9. Hotel Policies
Check-in/check-out follow hotel rules.
Damages by clients will be chargeable.
Special requests are subject to availability.
10. Data Privacy
Client information is confidential and used only for bookings.
Data may be shared with partners solely to process services.
11. Governing Law
India: Indian laws
UAE: UAE federal & emirate laws
Oman: Sultanate of Oman laws
Disputes handled through arbitration or local courts.
12. Acceptance
By booking or making payment, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
